On our trip back from dropping Leah off at NYU for her freshman year, we stopped at the Milwaukee Art Museum. This is a portion of a Chihuly sculpture they had.
Several years ago, Lucas discovered the sculpture of Dale Chihuly, and he loved it. The MAM had some Chihuly pieces -- and even had a couple for sale -- oh, so tempting. This photo is a portion of one that was being exhibited. I love the colors, the shapes, the implied motion.
This is a good example of why we enjoy visiting art museums.
