Rest in Peace, Dean

Over a year ago, Sherry and I paid her Grandpa Lyon our final payment on the loan he and Grandma Lyon gave us to buy the property on which our house sits.  It was one of many wonderful, trusting things he did for us over the years.  Dean had been struggling more and more over the past five years, and on Tuesday, January 3, at age 97, he left us in his last sleep.

We loved him.  We will miss him.  We are grateful we had him in our lives.
