Favorite Foto Friday - Devil's Tower

One of the hottest days I ever spent on vacation, we visited Devil's Tower with some of our relatives from Norway who were visiting the United States.  Devil's Tower was made famous for most people by its role in Close Encounters of the Third Kind.  I suspect a large portion of the population of the US will never see it in person, but it is one of the spectacular sights in the central part of our country.  (North central, I grant you, but still -- far from any coast.)
