Last night I went to Neverland,
Flight guided by a star.
The second one to the right hand.
I flew there fast and far.
A quest I had, to find the boy,
That one forever young,
Who sees through every Hook-planned ploy,
Of whom sweet songs are sung.
I searched all through that magic isle,
Avoiding trap and snare
The Indians had all the while,
Been laying for me there.
I sought the Jolly Roger then,
Prepared to use my sword.
There Hook was with his pirate men,
But Pan was not on board.
Confused I flew to Pan's great friend,
The fairy Tinkerbell,
In hopes my search would find its end,
And Peter would be well.
The sprite held up a looking glass,
That in it I might see,
The life-long search was done at last;
For Peter Pan is me.
