With One Day Left

Greetings, fair readers!

As you may know (you faithful few) I blog on work days. Which is to say, I try (pretty hard, actually) to blog on any day I also work at my salaried job. Which is also to say, that, well ...

I do not blog while I'm on vacation.

[This is not a hard-and-fast rule. But really, I don't blog very often when I'm on vacation. You can look it up.]

So, anyway, as it turns out, today is my penultimate day of work for the year. And yet, I find that I have more topics I'd like to blog about than my time allows, especially considering that I typically like to say "Merry Christmas" with my last pre-Christmas entry.

I'm afraid that means that I will have to leave a few of my ideas unwritten, at least until next year.

  • Should "Rent" be performed by a typical public high school? [Answer: No. Yet there was a flurry of knee-jerk outrage when Red Wing decided not to stage it.]
  • 9 Holes of Golf: When is "just a little fun" too little to bother with?
  • Non-Truth from the Pulpit: What will drive me from the LCMS eventually
  • I Like These People: What keeps me in my congregation
  • Blame: Is it Inferred, Implied or Both?
  • Blu-Ray and HD: When will I take the plunge?
  • Energy Technology: The political and economic policies that would make Green possible
  • Slumdog Millionaire - Will I like it as much as I think I will? (I need to see it first)
  • The Day the Earth Stood Still - Will the remake disappoint me? Should I see the original first?
So, I guess I'll leave this list around and maybe, just maybe, I'll get back to one or two of these later.
