This week's soundtrack

This week, I've had the urge to hear full albums. This is not typical for me -- I normally listen to mixes. The random "Auto-playlist" feature of Real Player is my favorite method of hearing music.

But for some reason, this week I've been album-centric.

Here's what I've heard:

• Enya: Paint the Sky with Stars
• Prince: The Very Best of Prince
• Chicago: Music from the Miramax Motion Picture
• ABBA - The Best of ABBA from The Millennium Collection
• Ella Enchanted Soundtrack
• Phil Collins: Hits
• Frank Sinatra - Romance - Songs from the Heart

Hey, two of those were purchased on the same day. I remember blogging about them.

My Christmas-music urge is growing. It won't be long and I will succumb.

But I think the Beatles, Queen and the Electric Light Orchestra might find their way onto my playlist before long.
